The intention of this building is to develop a space that will be able to provide heart attack recovery patients with the needed equipment and specialists they require to maintain a healthy recovery and lifestyle. With the necessary research, all spaces can be implemented into the building in order to provide a working space. 62 Bayview Parkway is the best location for this space because of its proximity to Southlake Hospital, transit, and the Tom Taylor Trails. This location is great because it is close to residential neighbourhoods, but also not far from shopping areas and the health district.
